Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will. We take great care to ensure that the images on our website are a true and accurate representation of the products you'll receive.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can easily view your sales receipt in your order history. Simply log in to your account, navigate to "Order History" or "My Orders," and select the specific order you'd like to view. Your receipt will be available there for you to download or print. We also send a copy of your receipt to the email address you used for your purchase.

How can I return an item?

Returning an item is a straightforward process. To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your "Order History."

  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.

  3. Click the "Request a Return" button and follow the on-screen instructions.

  4. Once your request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email.

  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided label.

  6. Drop the package off at your nearest shipping location.

We will process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive and inspect the item.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We regularly restock our most popular items. If an item is out of stock, you'll see a notification on the product page. For many of these products, you will also have the option to enter your email address to be notified as soon as the item is available again. This is the best way to ensure you don't miss out!
